Hyper Radiant Colour Tech for a new level of OLED picture
The LG OLED83C6ELB uses Hyper Radiant Colour Tech, which takes OLED picture quality to the next level. It combines higher brightness, perfect black rendering, vivid colours and precise detail processing in 4K resolution. Thanks to its self-lit pixels, the screen can work with each dot independently, so dark scenes appear deep, bright parts are prominent and the overall picture maintains impressive depth and natural colour reproduction.
Brightness Booster Pro for brighter details
The new light-boosting algorithm and brightness control architecture of the Alpha 11 AI Processor 4K Gen3 help achieve up to 3.2× higher peak brightness. ¹ This allows the LG OLED83C6ELB TV to better highlight bright areas of the picture, add more dynamism to scenes and display fine details even in high-contrast shots. The result is a more impressive picture when watching films, sports and games.
Perfect Black and Perfect Colour in any light
Perfect Black and Perfect Colour technologies support deep contrast and accurate colours even in a brightly lit room. The OLED panel can turn off individual pixels, so black remains truly deep and the picture gains a more pronounced spatial impression. The colour fidelity and consistency certifications confirm that the LG OLED83C6ELB can display vivid and accurate shades in different lighting conditions. ²
A picture that's easier on the eyes
The LG OLED83C6ELB display is UL Low Blue Light Platinum certified, which confirms a reduction in blue light emissions. ³ You'll appreciate this especially during long film-watching sessions, gaming or using the TV in the evening. The picture remains bold and impressive, but also keeps your eye comfort in mind.
Alpha 11 AI Processor 4K Gen3 with Dual AI Engine
The picture, sound and smart features are handled by the Alpha 11 AI Processor 4K Gen3 with Dual AI Engine technology. This processor precisely controls the 8.3 million self-lit pixels and helps enhance the sharpness, texture, depth and contrast of the image. Compared to the previous generation, it delivers significantly higher NPU, CPU and GPU performance, giving it plenty of power for advanced AI processing and personalised smart TV features. ⁴
AI Picture Pro with upscaling to 4K
Thanks to AI Super Upscaling and Dynamic Tone Mapping Ultra, the LG OLED83C6ELB TV can analyse the genre, faces and other elements of the image and enhance them for a sharper and more natural 4K display. The picture gains better depth, more pronounced contrast and clearer details. The results may vary depending on the source resolution, but when watching regular content, the AI processing helps to get the most out of the picture. ⁵
AI HDR Remastering for a richer picture
The AI HDR Remastering feature automatically optimises colours, brightness and contrast to make SDR content feel richer and more realistic. When watching older films, regular TV broadcasts or online videos, the picture can gain more prominent highlights, deeper contrast and more vivid details.
Cinematic picture with Dolby Vision and FILMMAKER Ambient MODE
The LG OLED83C6ELB TV supports Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG, so you can enjoy films and series with more pronounced contrast, colour depth and better detail reproduction. FILMMAKER Ambient MODE helps to keep the cinematic picture closer to the original intention of the creators and can also work with the ambient conditions in the room. ¹⁹
Clearer voices with AI Object Remastering Ultra
AI Object Remastering Ultra helps to enhance the sound in challenging scenes where dialogue, music and sound effects are mixed. The TV can automatically tune voices, background music and effects to make vocals more intelligible and the sound feel cleaner. This feature is useful for watching films, sports broadcasts, concerts and regular shows. ⁶
Virtual 11.1.2 surround sound
The built-in 40W 2.2-channel system is complemented by Dolby Atmos and AI Sound Pro with 11.1.2 virtual surround sound. This allows the TV to create a multidimensional sound effect that better fills the room and supports an immersive viewing experience. The LG OLED83C6ELB therefore offers more distinct sound for films, games, sports and music content. ⁶
