27" MSI MAG 27CQ6F
The MSI MAG 27CQ6F gaming monitor is a curved monitor with a resolution of 2560×1440, which combines a high level of detail with an immersive experience on its 27" screen. The 1500R curvature surrounds the user's field of vision and draws them directly into the gaming action. For competitive gaming, the high 180Hz refresh rate and extremely low 0.5ms (GtG) response time are key, which together eliminate motion blur and ghosting. This 180Hz monitor uses AMD FreeSync technology, which synchronises the frame rate with the graphics card, preventing screen tearing and stuttering. In addition, the anti-glare finish of the VA panel reduces unwanted reflections from the surrounding environment and contributes to better readability.

Key Features of the 27" MSI MAG 27CQ6F Monitor
- 1500R curvature pulls you into the game
- AMD FreeSync technology eliminates screen tearing
- Colour reproduction covers 105% of the sRGB space with 10-bit depth
- HDR Ready support improves detail in shadows
- Night Vision and AI Vision features brighten dark scenes

High-Contrast Image with Vibrant Colours
The image is based on a VA panel with a 16:9 aspect ratio and a native contrast ratio of 5,000:1, which ensures deep black reproduction. The monitor covers 105% of the sRGB colour space and displays 1.07 billion colours thanks to its 10-bit depth (8-bit + FRC). HDR Ready support improves the dynamic range and detail in both dark and light parts of a scene. The panel's brightness reaches 300 cd/m², which is sufficient for gaming and working in normally lit rooms. AMD FreeSync technology synchronises the refresh rate with the graphics card and eliminates screen tearing.
Ergonomics and Mounting Options
The manufacturer designed the monitor stand with basic ergonomics and stability in mind. The user can adjust the screen tilt from -5° to 20° to find the optimal viewing angle. The monitor supports the VESA 100×100mm standard, which is used for mounting on a compatible bracket or arm. The overall dimensions with the stand are 610.5×451.6×249.8mm with a weight of 3.95kg.
Smart Features
The monitor integrates a set of technologies for a tactical advantage in games. The Night Vision feature acts as an intelligent black tuner that selectively brightens dark areas of the scene without over-brightening the light parts. This reveals enemies hidden in the shadows. It is complemented by AI Vision, which analyses the content and improves the overall brightness and colour saturation for a more vivid display. For console gamers, there's Console Mode, which enables Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) support for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The result is smooth, tear-free visuals even on consoles. The HDMI CEC function then simplifies control, as it allows the monitor to be woken from standby mode with the connected console's controller.
Extensive Connectivity Options
The monitor offers a wide range of ports for connecting to a computer and other devices. This set of ports allows you to connect multiple video sources simultaneously without the need for constant cable swapping. The following options are available:
- 1× DisplayPort 1.4
- 2× HDMI 2.0
- 1× 3.5mm audio output

Colour Gamut
Determines how accurately the monitor can display colours. sRGB is ideal for the web, movies, or games. DCI-P3/Adobe RGB will be appreciated by graphic designers or professionals. The higher the stated value, the better the monitor displays colours. Maximum Brightness
A value given in nits or cd/m² determines the brightness of the monitor. A brightness above 400 nits is key for HDR content and readability in sunlight, while standard office monitors are fine with values above 250. Refresh Rate and Response Time
The refresh rate (Hz) determines the number of frames displayed per second, so the higher the value, the smoother the image and the less eye strain. A lower response time (ms) eliminates motion blur. 144Hz+ is ideal for gaming, while values around 75Hz are suitable for office monitors.Specifications
