How to fit the respirator correctly
1. Before putting on the respirator, wash your hands thoroughly with warm water and soap.
2. Hold it to your face and fasten the loops above and below your ears.
3. Shape the nose clip to follow the shape of your nose.
4. Check that the respirator covers your nose, mouth and chin.
