Active ingredients
- BCAA - Branched Chain Amino Acids - known in scientific studies to increase water absorption and retention in the body and help maintain electrolyte balance even more effectively than conventional carbohydrate formulas. They are commonly recommended for recovery after sports activities and the ability to relieve muscle damage and fatigue.
- L-Alanine - considered a non-essential amino acid, produced by the body under normal circumstances. It positively affects the bioavailability of BCAAs and helps fluid balance in the body. Due to its important role in the glucose-alanine cycle, it is reversibly converted to glucose in the liver, thereby biochemically supporting muscle function and endurance.
- L-Glutamine - conditionally essential, the most abundant free amino acid in the human body and the most synthesized amino acid in human muscle. During prolonged exercise or other adverse circumstances, the body's needs may not be fully met by normal synthesis and supplementation is advisable. Glutamine stimulates the absorption of water and sodium, maintains acid-base balance, aids in the production of antioxidants (glutathione), reduces muscle damage and participates in the ongoing repair of intestinal mucosa associated with diarrhea.
- Sodium - the main electrolyte regulating the amount of water in and around cells, is also the primary ion lost through sweating. Thanks to active transport across cell membranes and exchange with potassium, an optimal intracellular environment is ensured. It maintains serum electrolyte levels, plays an important role in regulating the body's acid-base balance and in endurance sports.
- Potassium- the primary intracellular electrolyte and is also effective in rehydration. While sodium is prevalent in today's diets, low levels of potassium are quite common. A total adequate daily intake of potassium contributes physiologically to proper muscle and nervous system function, including the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
- Chlorine and chloride - essential for the proper functioning of the whole body, found in blood serum, cerebrospinal fluid and gastric juices. A larger shortage can therefore be caused by e.g. vomiting. It is the most important extracellular anion for maintaining many bodily functions, including maintaining osmotic pressure and muscle activity. Chlorides contribute to normal digestion by producing hydrochloric acid in the stomach.
- Magnesium - cation is an integral part of various processes in the human body and is contained in all tissues. It is involved in more than 360 biochemical reactions, such as. energy production, muscle contraction and bone structure building. Magnesium is an essential mineral necessary both at rest and during physical activity. Supplementing magnesium during exercise may help to reduce the rate of fatigue and exhaustion and thus improve performance. It also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to electrolyte balance. Supplemented in the form of magnesium citrate, which is easily dissolved in water and has a high bioavailability to the human body.
- Vitamin C - this water-soluble vitamin can be lost in sweat during physical activity or in hot environments. In this product, it is supplemented in the form of ascorbic acid, which also adds a refreshing taste to the product. It is known for its antioxidant properties, contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, normal energy metabolism and mental activity, also plays a role in collagen synthesis. Contributes to the maintenance of normal immune system function during and after intense physical exercise. A beneficial effect is achieved when 200 mg per day is taken in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.

Recommended dosage
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet daily in 250 to 500 ml of water according to taste preference. This gives you a drink with a subtle natural flavour of lime and mint, which can be further flavoured or acidified, e.g. lemon juice.
