If taken alone, adults should take 1 tablet 3× daily. When combined with ALAVIS Maxima Turmeric and Boswellia, adults should take 2 tablets daily. Best taken after a meal. The tablets can be halved or crushed if you have difficulty swallowing.
Turmeric and Boswellia:
Adults should take 1 capsule, preferably half an hour before a meal, or with a small portion of food or after a meal. Swallow the capsule whole with a sufficient amount of water.
