Allnature Psyllium ORGANIC 300g

Psyllium fiber has a unique ability to swell and increase its volume, so even a small amount fills the stomach and creates a feeling of satiety. Because psyllium absorbs excess fluids, a gel mass is formed that acts as a piston. This then removes harmful fumes in the form of stool, which are formed in the intestines and stomach during food processing. Psyllium is not addictive, it is very gentle and does not irritate the walls of the intestines or stomach. It is also recommended for anyone who, due to the sensitivity of the digestive tract, cannot use fiber from dried fruit, whole grains or bran. Psyllium is also suitable for a gluten-free diet because it does not contain gluten.
