The electrically operated AlzaErgo Table ET1 Essential is the ideal solution for anyone who wants to change their habits and promote a more active lifestyle. By being able to set the correct height, you won't slouch unnecessarily at the desk, and you'll also stretch your back, neck, and the muscles of your entire body during work. Regularly alternating between sitting and standing also encourages natural movement and better blood circulation, which your body will appreciate during long hours at the desk. Although most of us sit while working, the ability to easily change your working position brings significantly greater comfort throughout the day.
Includes Desktop
The AlzaErgo Table ET1 Essential height-adjustable desk comes with an AlzaErgo desktop in a white oak finish, measuring 120 × 80 × 1.8cm. The board is made from high-quality E1 class chipboard and its edges are protected by PVC strips, which contributes to its long life and greater durability for everyday use. The surface is resistant to impacts, scratches, abrasion, and stains, and is also very easy to maintain—it can be cleaned with common cleaning agents without any worries. The desktop does not come pre-drilled, but the screws are included in the package, so you can handle the assembly with common tools (e.g., a screwdriver, tape measure, and possibly a cordless drill for pre-drilling the holes).
Won't Let You Work in One Position
You can easily change the position of the AlzaErgo Table ET1 Essential using the push-button control panel with a display that shows the current height and other supplementary information. It features a practical timer to remind you to change your working position, allowing you to fully dedicate yourself to your work while also ensuring regular movement. There is also a memory function to store three of the most-used heights. You only need to set the manual height once, save it, and then you don't have to worry about it for future adjustments. There is also the option to choose units (centimetres or inches).
Two Powerful Motors and a Safety Anti-Collision System
Two powerful, quiet-running motors take care of the smooth height adjustment of the AlzaErgo Table ET1 Essential within a range of 62–128cm. Their noise level does not exceed 60dB, so they won't unnecessarily disturb you while you work. Simply press the desired button on the control panel, and the desk will automatically adjust to the required height. An essential safety feature is the anti-collision system with 8 levels of adjustable sensitivity, which helps prevent accidents and damage to your equipment. Moreover, the detection sensitivity can be set separately for upward and downward movement, so you can easily adapt the desk's behaviour to your needs and the surrounding space.
Stable Construction with a Load Capacity of up to 100kg
The robust steel construction ensures high stability and a long lifespan for the desk, even with daily use. The AlzaErgo Table ET1 Essential offers a load capacity of up to 100kg with an evenly distributed load, so it can easily support several monitors, a laptop, accessories, and other equipment. You can therefore equip the desk with all the necessary technology without it negatively affecting its functionality. Four height-adjustable feet allow you to level the desk even on slightly uneven surfaces. A 3-metre power cable is also included, providing sufficient flexibility when placing the desk in an office or home study.
