Whether you use an iPhone or an Android phone, the AlzaGuard Hero Universal Tag in TSA Lock keeps you informed about the location of your suitcase, backpack, or other luggage. After pairing, the tag appears in the Apple Find My or Google's Find My Device hub app, where you can view its position on a map and get directions to your missing item. If it's somewhere nearby, you can also trigger a sound alert to find it by sound.
Nearby devices also help with the search
You're not just limited to your own phone's Bluetooth range when searching. The AlzaGuard Hero Universal Tag in TSA Lock uses the respective Apple or Google network, which includes other compatible devices in the vicinity. With their help, you can pinpoint the tag's location and then view it in the app, where you'll also find its last recorded position in case the tag is not currently available.
Sound alerts and navigation to find your luggage
Can't find your suitcase or backpack at the airport? If the AlzaGuard Hero Universal Tag in TSA Lock is nearby, just trigger the sound alert in the app and follow the sound to find it. If you've left your luggage in a taxi or hotel, for example, you can view its location on a map and use navigation to go straight to it.
- Android – Displays a route to the item you're looking for, and when you're within about 10 metres, a graphical indicator appears that gradually fills up as you get closer.
- Apple – Displays the luggage's location on a map and offers navigation directly to it.
TSA lock and up to 3 months of battery life
The AlzaGuard Hero Universal Tag in TSA Lock is powered by an integrated 80mAh battery, offering up to 3 months of use on a single charge. You can then easily recharge it via USB-C. During charging, the power button glows red, and once fully charged, it turns green. The TSA lock allows airport security staff to open and relock your luggage with a special key, without having to damage the lock.
