Anopyrine 400 mg containing acetylsalicylic acid in the form of buffered tablets reduces pain and fever, in higher doses has anti-inflammatory effects. The use of the so-called. buffered tablets reduce the incidence of adverse effects on the digestive tract. It is intended for adults and adolescents aged 16 and over.
The preparation is used:
for fever and pain, especially in acute influenza diseases, headache, toothache, back pain of various origins. The package contains 10 tablets.
Dosage and method of use
Unless otherwise recommended by a physician, the usual dosage for adults and adolescents 16 years of age and older is 1-2 tablets every 4-8 hours. The maximum daily dose of 10 tablets must not be exceeded. The minimum interval between doses is 4 hours. Take the tablets whole or preferably crumbled in a small amount of water, at the end of or after a meal, with a suitable liquid, preferably alkaline mineral water.
Do not take the medicine for more than 7 days without a doctor's advice. If the pain does not subside within 5 days or the fever does not go down within 3 days, or if the symptoms worsen during treatment, see a doctor.
Contraindications
Children and adolescents under 16 years of age may take Anopyrin only after a doctor's recommendation. The dosage is always determined by your doctor. The product should not be administered to children and adolescents under 16 years of age with concurrent viral febrile illness. Anopyrine in pregnancy: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you think, that you might be pregnant, or you're planning to get pregnant, check with your doctor or pharmacist first, before taking this medicine.
Do not take the product in the last three months of pregnancy as it could cause serious damage to the fetus, could lead to prolonged or delayed labour and prolonged bleeding. During the first six months of pregnancy, the drug must not be administered unless absolutely necessary. However, if for serious reasons the medicine is given to women who are in the first six months of pregnancy, then the dose administered must be as low as possible and the duration of treatment as short as possible.
During breastfeeding, the product can only be used on the advice of a doctor. Anopyrine and alcohol: Use alcohol with caution during treatment. Drinking alcohol can increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding or damage to the digestive tract.

Storage
Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Store at temperatures up to 25 °C, in the original packaging to protect the product from light and moisture. Do not use this product after the expiry date marked on the box and blister after EXP. The expiry date shall be the last day of the month indicated.
