Apple AirTag (2. generation) is equipped with a second-generation chip with extended range and a louder integrated speaker. The Precision Search feature uses a combination of haptic, visual and audio feedback to make it easier to find your lost item. If an item with a location chip is lost, its current location will be displayed through the Apple device network. Location transmission is anonymous and encrypted, and the system is designed to prevent unwanted tracking. The second generation AirTags are compatible with previous holsters. With dimensions of 31.9 × 31.9 × 8 mm (W×H×D) and a weight of 11.8 g, it offers a variety of placement options. Power is provided by a replaceable CR2032 battery with a life of up to 12 months. The IP67 rating provides protection against dust and water.
