Recommended dosage
Intensive reduction program:
3 times a day 2 capsules before meals, to be washed down with more liquid (1-2 glasses), in conjunction with a low-calorie diet for at least 1 month, then you can switch to a maintenance program or ANTI-YO-YO program.
Sustainable Long-Term Program:
1 capsule before a meal if the meals are evenly energy stratified, otherwise 2 capsules before the most energy-dense meal and one capsule before other meals.
ANTI-YO-YO program:
1 capsule before breakfast and lunch, moderate dinner required, use for a minimum of one month after the reduction program.
Sports program:
1-3 capsules before dinner, by 7pm, thoroughly washed down.
Detox Program:
1-2 capsules before breakfast and lunch, 1 capsule before dinner on a diet without heavy, fat, fried foods, with an increased amount of vegetables and sufficient fluid intake, for 15-20 days.
Daily cleansing of the body during fasting:
2-4 capsules 3 times during the day, with a large amount of still water.
Long-term fit program:
1 capsule before lunch.
Deacidification program:
1 capsule 3 times daily before meals for a minimum of 20 days, in combination with dietary supplements containing sufficient magnesium (above 300 mg of pure magnesium, Astina SuperMag B6 is recommended).
