Chemical Guys Jet seal 109

Give your car a super-gloss finish coating with long-lasting weather protection, which was originally developed for use in the aviation industry. Chemical Guys Jet Seal 109 binds to the lacquer on a molecular level due to acrylic nanotechnology and creates a perfectly durable, long-lasting film that resists UV light, salt, and acid rain. Its composition is very gentle on the paint and does not contain abrasive ingredients, waxes, teflon or silicone.

Suitability of use

Chemical Guys Jet seal 109 is applicable not only to painted surfaces but also to carbon or laminate parts, fibreglass, polished aluminium, chromium and other non-porous materials including glass. For a perfect finish and full coverage, it is recommended to apply a double layer. The resulting layer does not peel, yellow or crack.

Manual use of Chemical Guys Jet seal 109

• Wash the vehicle with water and a car wash shampoo.
• The car varnish must be perfectly clean before use of the product, free of all asphalt stains, insects and other road contamination.
• Before use, shake the product thoroughly.
• Apply a thin layer of foam to this perfectly prepared lacquer surface.
• On horizontal surfaces (bonnet, roof and boot lid), apply the product by moving your hand forward and backward. On vertical surfaces, apply with left and right hand movements.
• Apply gently to the painted surface and do not push.
• Apply one coat to the entire paintwork area of ??the bodywork.
• Leave the product a moment to rest - about 20 minutes.
• Immediately after the complete application has been completed, the surface must be perfectly polished with a soft micro-brush.
• RECOMMENDATIONS: When washing the vehicle after the application, always use only shampoos from the ChemicalGuys which do not smear the coating and increase (supplement) their impregnation.

Machine Use of Car Cosmetics Chemical Guys Jet seal 109

• Wash the vehicle with water and a car wash shampoo.
• The car varnish must be perfectly clean before use of the product, free of all asphalt stains, insects and other road contamination.
• Use a rotary orbital polisher to apply.
• The diameter of the disc is selected according to the size of the support-holder.
• When applied, we use the engine speed of the orbital polisher in the range of 900-1600rpm as needed
• We only apply weight to the application and do not press.
• On the treated area, we work in a cross - horizontally and vertically instead of on one place, and with a maximum of 60cm × 60cm.
• Then polish the surface with a soft microtube and check the state of the paint from different angles. Repeat the application as needed.
• RECOMMENDATIONS: When washing the vehicle after the application, always use only shampoos from the ChemicalGuys menu which do not smear the applied product and increase their impregnation.
