CSB EVX1272 traction battery is a specialised battery suitable for mobile applications such as electric cars, bicycles, wheelchairs, golf buggies, shopping trolleys and more. It is designed for up to 400 discharge cycles, and its maintenance-free system guarantees high efficiency for up to 8 years in standby mode. CSB EVX1272 valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) traction battery uses maintenance-free AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) technology, which allows for efficient gas recombination of up to 99%. The battery is made of pure lead and contains proprietary design elements. It is designed for use in e-mobility or deep-cycling applications. The EVX series provides durable, specially designed energy storage for e-mobility, such as electric scooters, recreational vehicles and many others. EVX is specially designed for efficient discharging in cyclic applications. A special proprietary formula uses 99.99% pure lead ingot in the manufacture of lead oxide, lead plate grids and other lead components. Optional flame-retardant ABS case construction. It complies with IATA/ICAO A67 special provisions for air transport, is classified as non-hazardous material for water transport under Amendment MG 27, and is recognised by the DOT as "dry cargo" under 49 CFR 171–189 for surface transport.
