OMICRON GAMA 1900A PFC
OMICRON’s modern GAMA 1900A PFC welding inverter applies everywhere you need to weld a coated electrode (MMA) and a tungsten electrode (TIG) method. Suitable for professional or home use. It has a built-in temperature switch that protects it from overheating. The device has a practical shoulder strap for better transport. The maximum power of the welding inverter is MMA up to 190A. You will use it especially when connecting to a single-phase alternating voltage network.
Key Features of the OMICRON GAMA 1900A PFC
- Modern welding GAMA 1900A PFC inverter from OMICRON
- PFC (Power Factor Correction) with PFC compensation
- Little susceptibility to undervoltage and overvoltage of mains
- Designed for welding in MMA-HOT, MMA-SOFT, TIG (LIFT ARC)
- Possibility to connect the remote control
- The HOT START function always ensures perfect welding of the welding arc
- SOFT START helps to slow the welding current
- Is the ANTISTICK feature available to reduce the short-circuit welding current?
- Practical shoulder strap
The Professional Solution is Labelled GAMA 1900A PFC
The user will be delighted that the GAMA inverter design guarantees excellent welding properties in a wide range of applications and high reliability. When using a suitable protective atmosphere, all kinds of low-alloy and high-alloy steels can be welded. The GAMA 1900A PFC welding inverter is equipped with PFC (Power Factor Correction).
Benefits of PFC
- The machine can be connected to an AC 90-265V AC power source
- The welding machine is suitable for operation on power generators or for very long extension cables due to very low voltage under voltage und surges
- Lower level of electromagnetic interference
- Higher efficiency thanks to high circuit breaker load (circuit breaker switches off later than non-PFC devices)
- Minimum network load by reactive power
