The Podofo handheld induction heater is used for the fast, targeted heating of metal parts like rusty screws, nuts, or bearings. Thanks to its high power and flameless heating using a magnetic field, it replaces working with an open flame, which increases safety at work. The heater heats a steel part to over 800°C in a matter of seconds, significantly speeding up the disassembly of seized joints.

An effective and safe alternative to an autogenous torch
Unlike an autogenous torch, the induction heater works without an open flame, which minimises the risk of damaging surrounding sensitive parts such as cables or paintwork. The heating is not only safer but also more precise and faster – for example, it heats a 3/4" nut in 15 seconds. The split design separates the main part from the transformer. This solution contributes to effective heat dissipation and enables operation in cycles from 1 minute, with continuous operation possible for up to 6 minutes. The body of the heater is made from a combination of iron with a durable, stainless, and anti-corrosion finish and ABS material.
