PROTEC VW Sharan II 2010–2022, Set

The PROTEC winter grille cover is designed for VW Sharan II models manufactured between 2010 and 2022. Its main benefit is that it reduces engine warm-up time, helping the cabin heating system kick in much faster. In addition to improving thermal comfort, it protects the radiator from mechanical damage caused by flying stones and gravel. It also acts as a barrier against dirt and aggressive road salt, which can cause corrosion during the winter months. Install the cover directly onto the front grille of your vehicle.

Faster heating and radiator protection

The PROTEC winter grille cover solves two main problems associated with winter driving. By covering part of the grille, it restricts the flow of icy air to the radiator, which reduces engine warm-up time. The coolant heats up faster, allowing the heating system to deliver warm air to the cabin much sooner – a feature you will appreciate especially on short trips around town. The second benefit is the protection of the radiator itself. The cover acts as a shield against flying stones, gravel and dirt that could damage its fins. It also prevents road salt accumulation, which is a common cause of corrosion on the radiator and other metal components at the front of the vehicle.
