Why use Barny's Colostrum with Beta-Glucans?
Colostrum, or beestings, is the fluid secreted by the mother's mammary gland within 48 hours of giving birth. It is a unique source of many components that a newborn needs in the first critical days after birth. However, what makes colostrum the most biologically valuable substance are its immune and growth factor components. There are over 37 different immune factors known in bovine colostrum, including: immunoglobulins, lactoferrin, cytokines and lymphokines, lysozyme, oligosaccharides, polysaccharides and proline-rich polypeptides. The most important components of colostrum are immunoglobulins. Bovine—cow's—colostrum contains many times more IgG immunoglobulin than human colostrum. Barny's Colostrum with Beta-Glucans is enriched with highly purified, concentrated beta-glucans and vitamin C, selenium, and zinc to support the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C in the form of NUTRA-C™, a non-acidic branded form of vitamin C containing its metabolites. It is gentle on the stomach, making it also suitable for sensitive individuals. It is a highly bioavailable form and a powerful antioxidant, characterised by rapid absorption, better retention in the body, lower loss through urine, and an absence of digestive problems after consumption. Selenium
The predominant organic type of selenium is L-selenomethionine, a bioactive form bound to inactivated selenium-enriched Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast. It is also an important element for the proper release of thyroid hormones. We recommend taking selenium for:

Zinc
Zinc contributes to the normal metabolism of carbohydrates, macronutrients and fatty acids, and also contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones, hair, nails and skin. Zinc influences enzymatic processes and contributes to the formation of certain proteins that participate in immunological reactions. Beta-Glucans
The product is further enriched with patented bioactive beta-glucans of the Yestimun® brand, containing a min. of 80% natural polysaccharides from yeast. Beta-glucans are complex polysaccharides with a high molecular weight, found in the cell walls of many yeasts and cereals. Beta-glucans are natural substances found in fungi, yeasts and cereals. Their purity is crucial for their effect, as effectiveness increases with purity. The purity of the contained Yestimun® beta-glucans is min. 80% (1,3)-(1,6)-β-D-glucans from Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast.

Recommended dosage
Children from 3 years of age 1 capsule daily, from 6 years of age 2 capsules daily. Adults 3-4 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach. If necessary, the contents of the capsule can be emptied and administered mixed, for example, in a spoonful of live yoghurt.
