One capsule contains 250mg of goat's colostrum standardised to a min. content of 22% IgG immunoglobulins. Our ancestors have always known that goat's milk has a positive effect on our health. They drank it in large quantities and believed that the colostrum taken from a goat after giving birth to kids had miraculous effects. There's a reason for the saying 'as picky as a goat'. In the free-range enclosures on goat farms, these animals can choose for themselves what they eat and what they like. The result is high-quality colostrum, which is regularly analysed in laboratories for its content of active and nutritional substances. It has been found that goats that are kept on open pastures do not tend to get ill.
Why take colostrum?
Colostrum, or the first mother's milk, is a fluid secreted by the mother's mammary gland for a few days after the birth of her young. For newborn mammals, it is the most valuable and irreplaceable gift for life. It forms the basis of the immune system for the entire life of the individual. After giving birth, a goat produces colostrum for about 5 days, which contains a number of biologically active substances such as immunoglobulins, lactoferrin, vitamins, minerals, trace elements, amino acids, cytokines, growth factors and more. The substances contained, in mutual combination and in the correct ratio, give colostrum as a whole an irreplaceable value. Barny's Goat's Colostrum contains colostrum collected mainly from Czech goat farms with quality pastures located in a clean environment. The main supplier is a Czech farm based on the principles of French farms, which are focused on quality with high demands on cleanliness and hygiene rules. The colostrum is gently collected from purebred Saanen dairy goats, originally bred in the vicinity of Bern in Switzerland. It comes only from the first 2 milkings from top breeding animals from France, bred not only for high quality and productivity, but also for a pleasant aroma and sweet taste of the milk.
Where is the colostrum sourced from
To ensure the high stability of the colostrum to a minimum standardised content of 22% IgG immunoglobulins, a Czech farm with its own breeding of top-class goats, guaranteeing a consistently high quality, was selected as the main supplier. Because the birth of kids is a seasonal affair and Barny's only uses colostrum from the first two milkings, the main source is supplemented with quality colostrum from other certified breeding farms in the Netherlands, France, Spain and Austria, ensuring a constant guaranteed content of active substances of min. 22% IgG. Thanks to the natural origin of the colostrum and the quality of the herds, the immunoglobulin content can reach up to 35% IgG during the season.

Recommended dosage
Adults take 1–2 capsules 2× daily, preferably on an empty stomach. Children from 3 years of age take 1 capsule daily. Children from 6 years of age take 2 capsules daily. Take with a sufficient amount of water. If necessary, the capsules can be opened and the contents mixed with e.g. yoghurt or other liquid food.
