A dietary supplement to support joints, tendons and ligaments. Unique formulation and combination of highly concentrated marine fish collagen type I from Naticol® branded quality fish, native chicken collagen type II, vitamin C and zinc in gelatin capsules. Cartilage is a connective tissue that consists of chondrocytes (the cartilage's own cells), collagen and elastic fibres (which form the structure of the cartilage) and amorphous intercellular material - proteoglycans. For the proper and normal functioning of cartilage, it is important to have functional collagen structures that provide shape and strength to the cartilage. Vitamin C is important for the normal production of collagen for normal cartilage, bone and skin function. Zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis and the maintenance of normal bone and skin health. Naticol® is a registered trademark of WEISHARDT International.

Recommended dosage
1 capsule per day (for healthy persons with an average body weight of 45-70 kg). Recommended to take with or after meals, with plenty of water.
