Balanced combination of soluble and insoluble prebiotic fibre. High in fibre. Made from concentrated soluble chicory fibre inulin and soluble maize fibre, with an approved nutrition claim " high fibre". It also contains insoluble bamboo and apple fibre, making it a complex source of fibre for the gut microbiota. The oligosaccharide inulin is a prebiotic soluble fibre that can support friendly intestinal microflora, especially the so-called. bifidogenic type, as a physiological part of the organism. Soluble fibre from corn increases butyrate production and also promotes the growth of friendly intestinal microflora. Chicory inulin contributes to normal bowel function by increasing stool frequency. Fructooligosaccharides are resistant to hydrolysis in the upper digestive tract and pass into the large intestine, where they support the growth of probiotic bacteria. Insoluble fibre has a cleansing effect, promotes the effect of soluble fibre and is also prebiotic.

Recommended dosage
Dissolve 6 aligned teaspoons (approx. 12 g) twice a day, morning and evening, always before meals in water, tea or other beverage and drink. Sediment is not a bad thing. After stool adjustment, the dosage can be reduced to 1-4 teaspoons twice a day in the morning and evening, dissolved in water, tea or other beverage and drunk before meals.
