This product belongs to the group of vitamin preparations.
BEOTEBAL contains biotin in the form of D-biotin, the only biologically active isomer of biotin (D-Biotin isomer). The contained biotin is a water-soluble vitamin and is part of the B vitamins.

Always take this medicine exactly as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. If you are unsure, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Adults:
5 mg to 10 mg daily. The usual recommended dose is 5 mg daily or, in severe symptoms, 10 mg daily.
Children and adolescents:
BEOTEBAL is not recommended due to insufficient data.
Duration of treatment:
The duration of treatment depends on the patient' s condition and the course of the disease. Improvement in symptoms is observed after approximately 4 weeks of use.
If you do not feel better within 4 weeks or if you get worse, you must consult a doctor.
Do not take this medicine for longer than 6 weeks without consulting your doctor. Consult your doctor if you wish to continue treatment.

🍃 Ingredients

The healing substance is biotin. One tablet contains 5 mg of biotin.
Other ingredients are lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose (E 460), povidone K 30 (E 1201), croscarmellose sodium, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate (E 572).

Tell your doctor or pharmacist about any medicines you are taking, have recently taken or may be taking.
BEOTEBAL with food, drink and alcohol
Do not consume raw egg white while taking this product as it may stop biotin absorption. Alcohol reduces biotin levels in the blood.
Pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility:
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you think, that you might be pregnant, or you're planning to get pregnant, check with your doctor or pharmacist first, before taking this medicine.
Driving and operating machinery
BEOTEBAL has no effect on the ability to drive and use machines.
Lactose
If your doctor has told you that you are intolerant to certain sugars, consult your doctor before taking this medicine.
Sodium
This medicine contains less than 1 mmol sodium (23 mg) per tablet, that is to say essentially “sodium-free”.
