Recommended dosage
Blendea Glucose Control capsules are always taken before or with meals. The substances contained then help to reduce the absorption of sugar from food into the blood.
2× 1 capsule daily before meals. Wash down with plenty of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. The product is not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
