Use
Melatonin contributes to the alleviation of subjective feelings of fatigue resulting from time difference (jet lag). The beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 0.49mg of melatonin, which should be used shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for several subsequent days after arrival at the destination. The package contains 83 doses.
