BOROGYN® vaginal suppositories is a medical device, used for the prevention and treatment of vaginal diseases, including mycotic. Helps relieve irritation, burning and itching. Supports the restoration of natural vaginal defenses.
Symptoms associated with vaginitis and vaginal discomfort include:
- Burning
- Pain
- The Itch
- Vaginal dryness
- Pain during sexual intercourse
- Burning or cutting pain coming from in or around the urethra
- Whitish mucus discharge
- Redness and swelling in the external genital area
Thanks to its formula, BOROGYN® helps eliminate symptoms caused by imbalanced vaginal pH and endogenous bacterial flora.
How to use Borogyn vaginal suppositories
- Wash the vaginal area thoroughly (preferably with an external and internal vaginal rinse).
- Open the package, wash your hands properly and remove one suppository from the blister pack.
- Insert the suppository gently deep into the vagina, preferably in the supine position, to prevent the suppository from slipping out of the vagina unintentionally.
- Insert the vaginal suppository preferably in the evening before going to bed.
Ingredients
It contains boric acid, lactic acid and polycarbophil and helps eliminate symptoms caused by imbalanced vaginal pH and endogenous bacterial flora.
Lactic acid, which is normally present in the vagina, promotes immediate pH adjustment and facilitates the natural restoration of the fragile vulvovaginal ecosystem.
Boric Acid, due to its persistence in the vaginal ecosystem, promotes long-term reduction of vaginal pH.
Polycarbophil is able to continuously release H+ ions after binding to the vaginal mucus, which help to lower the pH of the vaginal environment. Tea tree oil, vitamin A and vitamin E
