Cluster Dextrin® is an easily water-soluble complex carbohydrate that has many benefits for endurance, recreational and professional athletes. It is produced using enzymes from corn starch, which breaks it down into a unique polysaccharide that is much better absorbed by the body and ready for immediate use. Why Cluster dextrin®

Cluster dextrin® is a patented form of polysaccharide designed primarily for endurance sports. Technological processing ensures that it does not stay in the stomach too long and travels to the small intestine, where it is gradually released into the blood. This makes it an excellent helper during long and physically demanding workouts, where we need energy and strength for a longer period of time. It can be used before, during or after training to replenish glycogen stores. Glycogen is a reserve form of carbohydrate that the body uses for muscle work. The body is able to store glycogen in the liver and muscles. However, even these stocks are only in limited quantities. For intense and prolonged training, the muscles need to be supplied with this energy. Lack of carbohydrates during training leads to fatigue, exhaustion and weakness.
