The coffee has an intense aroma of hazelnuts and dark chocolate, which is then reflected in the taste together with the cocoa. The coffee is hand-picked and thus the coffee plant itself is treated gently. Hand picking eliminates immature beans in the harvest and thus contributes to the final quality of the coffee. Arabica coffee has a smoother body, a sweeter and more varied taste and is characterised by a higher acidity. In addition, it requires a cooler climate, which is optimally between 17-25 °C. It also does not benefit from fluctuating temperatures and requires higher humidity.
