Recommended dosage
Adults:
1.5 g per day.
Children:
0.5 g - 1 g per day.
1.5 g corresponds to a small teaspoon. We recommend taking it in the morning before the first meal, when you can mix it with a little lukewarm water or put it straight in your mouth. It is suitable for long-term use. It is not recommended to mix colostrum into a large amount of food, as it will slow down digestion and expose the stomach to an acidic environment. Never expose colostrum to temperatures above 64°C.
