Pau D'Arco also known as Lapacho is called the "tree of life". Lapacho supports immune system function, for urinary tract health, for normal blood pressure levels, and as a support for quality sleep. The tincture is packaged in dark bottles to adequately protect it from light exposure. You can take it on its own, but also add it to water or juice. When the tincture is in a 1:1 ratio, it means that for 1 part of the herb there is 1 part of the total solution (alcohol and water).

Lapacho tincture comes from the root of the tree of the same name, which is native to South America. The tree is valued by indigenous tribes because it can live up to 700 years and for this reason it is called the "tree of life". Active ingredients
- Lapacho contains quinones such as lapachol, lapachone and their derivatives, as well as xylodione, saponins, flavonoids and quercetin. In addition, it contains naphthoquinone. Lapacho is taken because it has a beneficial effect on blood pressure, sleep, relaxation and quality rest.
Benefits of herbal tinctures
Maceration is probably the oldest type of herb processing. Plants steeped in distilled alcohol have taken firm root in Western medicine. Alcohol is used to "break down" the plant's cell wall, allowing the release of biologically active compounds. The highest quality plants are selected for the tincture and after thorough cleansing they are slowly infused in 45% alcohol. Recommended dosage
2-3 times a day 2-3 ml, or as recommended by your doctor. 1 ml corresponds to a full squeeze of the dropper.
