How to Make the Perfect Cup of Coffee

You are going to need a drip coffee maker, a filter and a cup. Put finely ground coffee into the filter. Use about seven grams of coffee for every 100ml of water. Don't use boiling water. Let it rest for 3 to 4 minutes. Gently pour a small amount of water on the filter in a circular motion. With freshly ground coffee, the coffee will bloom as it absorbs water. After 15 seconds, pour the required amount of water on the coffee using a spiral-like motion (from the outer edge to the centre). If you want mild coffee, pour the water slightly faster.
