How to Make Delicious Coffee

You are going to need a drip coffee maker, a filter and a cup. Grind coffee to a fine consistency and put it in the filter. Use about seven grams of coffee for every 100ml of water. Bring the water to boil and let it cool down for 3-4 minutes. Once the water has cooled down a bit, slowly pour a small amount on the filter in a circular pattern. If you are using freshly ground coffee, you will see the so-called coffee bloom as the coffee absorbs water. After 15 seconds, pour the remaining water over the coffee using a spiral-like back and forth motion from the outer edge of the filter to the centre. Pour the water a bit faster if you want mild coffee.
