Make Great Coffee Quickly and Easily

You are going to need your dripper, a cup and a filter. Place finely ground coffee in the filter. The recommended amount is 7g (15ml) of coffee per 100ml of water. Boil water and then let it rest for about 3 or 4 minutes. Gently pour a small amount of water on the filter in a circular motion. With freshly ground coffee, the coffee will bloom as it absorbs water. After 15 seconds, pour the remaining water over the coffee using a spiral-like back and forth motion from the outer edge of the filter to the centre. Make sure to pour really slowly if you want stronger coffee.
