The Browin manual sausage stuffer is a vertical tool for making homemade sausages and cured meats. With a 4kg capacity for the meat mixture, you can easily prepare sausages, frankfurters, salamis, or kabanos sausages. Its vertical design saves space on your worktop, and its cylinder is made of stainless steel. The piston with an air-release valve minimises air being forced into the casings. A screw clamp ensures stable attachment to the worktop.

Durable stainless steel construction

The core of the stuffer is a stainless steel cylinder, which is designed for contact with food. Inside, there is a bend-resistant piston for pushing out the meat mixture. The special design of the piston with an air-release valve reduces the formation of air bubbles in the casings. The entire mechanism is easily operated with a hand crank.

Four nozzles for different types of cured meats

The package includes four plastic filling nozzles. Thanks to the different diameters (14, 18, 21, and 25mm), you can easily prepare various types of cured meats, from thin frankfurters to thick salamis. One of the special narrow nozzles is suitable for making kabanos sausages, for example. The stuffer can be used not only for meat mixtures but also for preparing dishes from offal.
