With a blend, we always try to find a compromise for optimal roasting. The masterclass is split roasting, where each individual component is optimally roasted. After roasting, the finest gourmet coffees from different continents are combined here to create an outstanding experience.
Character and Flavour
An experience in which the flavours of coffees from all continents are masterfully combined. A hint of sweetness and a touch of fruitiness, balanced by cocoa and full body.
- Flavour: Spicy, subtly sharp, with an essential underlying sweetness. This coffee is the result of a harmonious composition that offers a distinctive flavour experience. It is an ideal base for preparing various coffee specialities, such as cappuccino or latte macchiato.
- Acidity: Low, mild.
- Roasting method: The coffee uses the “split roast” method, which means that the individual components of the blend are roasted separately so that each bean reaches its optimal roast, and then they are blended.
- Roasting: The coffee is processed using a slow drum roasting method (gas-powered drum roaster), which is carried out gently and precisely to a certain point to preserve the aroma.
- Suitable for: The coffee is suitable for various preparation methods, including Moka pot, coffee machine, French press, Aeropress, cezve or filter coffee.
