The Cardo PackTalk Neo intercom is a communication system designed for motorcyclists who want to stay connected with a passenger or a group of other riders while on the road. The DUO set contains two intercom units and allows for communication between two motorcycles, as well as within a larger group of up to sixteen devices. The intercom also supports receiving phone calls, listening to music, or navigation instructions. The device uses Dynamic Mesh Communication (DMC 2.0) technology, which creates a stable communication network between the individual intercoms. This ensures the connection remains active even if a group member temporarily goes out of signal range. The Cardo PackTalk Neo intercom is equipped with JBL High-Definition sound, supports connection via Bluetooth 5.2, and offers control through the Cardo Connect mobile app.

DMC 2.0 technology for stable communication
The Cardo PackTalk Neo intercom uses second-generation Dynamic Mesh Communication technology, which creates a dynamic communication network between individual devices. This allows riders to communicate without interruption, even if one of the participants temporarily leaves the signal range. The intercom automatically connects to the nearest available device in the group and restores the connection. Communication can take place between up to sixteen devices simultaneously. The maximum range between two riders is up to 1.6 kilometres, and in a group, it can reach up to 8 kilometres.
JBL sound and multimedia options
The Cardo PackTalk Neo intercom is equipped with 40mm JBL High-Definition headphones, which provide high-quality reproduction for both music and voice communication. The device allows for parallel mixing of music and intercom audio, so you can listen to music and communicate at the same time. Adjustable JBL audio profiles are available for music and spoken word. Automatic volume control adjusts the sound level according to ambient noise. The integrated FM radio supports RDS and allows you to save up to six favourite stations.
Controls, battery, and durability of the Cardo PackTalk Neo intercom
The Cardo PackTalk Neo intercom can be operated with voice commands using the Natural Voice system, without needing to use buttons. Device settings can also be managed through the Cardo Connect mobile app. The battery provides up to 13 hours of talk time, and fast charging via the USB-C connector gives approximately 2 hours of talk time after a 20-minute charge. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, and the standby time can reach up to 10 days. The intercom's construction meets the IP67 durability standard, so it is protected against water, dust, and adverse weather conditions.
