Chainway C61 is a rugged mobile terminal designed for data collection in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, retail and other operations. The device runs on the Android 13 operating system and a Qualcomm octa-core 1.8GHz processor. The terminal supports a numeric keypad, dual-band Wi-Fi, 4G communication and advanced data collection technologies including UHF RFID. It features a 4” multi-touch display that can be operated with gloves and wet hands. The display and side buttons are backlit for comfortable use in various lighting conditions. The device is equipped with a 13Mpx rear camera, a Micro SD memory card slot, a gravity sensor, a proximity sensor, a light sensor and a vibration motor. The design includes a removable 6700mAh battery with QC3.0 fast charging support.

Durability for operational deployment
The Chainway C61 terminal has an industrial IP65 rating according to IEC specifications. The device can withstand repeated drops from 1.8m onto concrete across its entire operating temperature range. The design also meets the requirement for 1000 tumbles from a height of 0.5m at room temperature. The terminal is designed for operation at temperatures from -20°C to 50°C. Its durability is complemented by ESD protection of ±15kV for air discharge and ±8kV for contact discharge.
Advanced data collection options
The device is equipped with a Zebra SE4850 Long Range 2D scanning module for capturing barcodes from a greater distance. It also includes a 13Mpx rear camera. The terminal supports NFC communication on the 13.56MHz frequency with support for ISO14443A/B, ISO15693, NFC-IP1, and NFC-IP2 protocols. The optional UHF RFID technology uses the CM710-1 module based on the Impinj E710 chip. The RFID component supports the EPC C1 GEN2 / ISO18000-6C protocol and has a read rate exceeding 900 tags per second.

The device's performance is driven by a Qualcomm Octa-Core 1.8GHz processor, combined with a memory configuration of 3GB RAM and 32GB storage or 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Communication features include 4G networks, 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi standards, and Bluetooth 5.1. For positioning, GPS, AGPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo systems are supported. The device has a gravity sensor, proximity sensor, light sensor, accelerometer, and vibration motor. Charging time is 2.5 hours using the standard adapter and USB cable. Continuous use exceeds 12 hours, depending on operating conditions. The terminal is fitted with a 4” display with a resolution of 800 × 480 pixels.
