Its robust construction can withstand repeated drops from 1.5m onto concrete across its entire operating temperature range. The device also endures up to 1000 tumbles from a height of 0.5m at room temperature without damage. The terminal's durability is further enhanced by electrostatic (ESD) protection of ±15kV air discharge and ±8kV contact discharge. The Chainway C5 is designed for operation at temperatures from -20 to 50°C, so you can use it in any indoor or outdoor environment.

You can also use the NFC interface and advanced RFID UHF radio frequency identification technology based on the Impinj Gen2X chip, which allows for bulk tag reading at a distance of up to 30 metres. The terminal also features a rear 13MP camera with autofocus and flash, a front 5MP camera, a microphone, a speaker, and two SIM card slots (one hybrid).

Compact design with a large TFT display
The Chainway C5 terminal is permanently integrated into an RFID pistol grip with an ergonomic handle, which allows for comfortable work with the reader even during demanding tasks such as stocktaking, receiving shipments, and more. The 6700mAh battery is housed directly in the handle, so if necessary, you can easily swap it for an optional high-capacity 13400mAh battery. Using the terminal is made easier by the side control buttons, the trigger on the handle, and a large 6-inch touch IPS display with a resolution of 2160x1080px, which offers faithful colour reproduction and wide viewing angles. The display is also fitted with Corning Gorilla Glass, which protects it from damage or scratches when working in demanding environments.
