The flavour profile includes notes of apple, dried raisins, and hazelnut cream. The coffee comes from a community of farmers led by Rama, who emphasise sustainable cultivation and precise processing.

Preparation
Grind the coffee to a coarseness suitable for your chosen coffee preparation methour The coffee is supplied as whole beans (not ground) as standard.
Storage
Only open the coffee bag just before brewing. Even then, you don't need to transfer it to another container. Simply reseal the bag using the zip lock. The three-layer packaging protects the coffee from air, while the one-way valve allows the naturally produced carbon dioxide to escape. This lets the beans degas without going stale. Keep the package somewhere with a stable temperature and low humidity—which definitely means not in the fridge or freezer. The coffee would unnecessarily absorb moisture and surrounding odours. In this case, not even our special bags would help.
