A corn is a hardening of the skin caused by repeated pressure and friction in one place. A hard layer of dead cells gradually forms, which are compressed in a conical shape into the deeper layers of the skin, creating a corn. This can be very painful. COMPEED Corn Plasters, with their active hydrocolloid gel, provide pain relief, moisturise and soften the skin, which speeds up the healing of the corn. They maintain natural moisture inside while keeping bacteria out. COMPEED Corn Plasters are ultra-adhesive with tapered edges, allowing them to stay in place for several days. They are waterproof and have a wide cushioning layer that protects against further pressure and friction.

How to use
Wash and thoroughly dry the affected area. Ensure the skin on and around the corn is free from creams and oils. To ensure the plaster adheres well, warm it in your hands for 1 minute. First, remove the patterned protective paper, then remove the outer white paper, holding the white tab carefully. Do not touch the adhesive side. Apply the plaster with the embedded disc directly onto the corn and smooth down the edges. Remove the plaster after a maximum of 48 hours. Soak the affected area in a warm bath for 5 minutes before removing the loosened skin. Repeat the process as needed, but for no longer than 14 days.
Warning
People with diabetes should consult their doctor before use. Do not apply to infected wounds. If the corn does not heal or worsens, stop use and consult your doctor. Never cut the plaster; the edges are specially shaped to ensure the plaster adheres correctly. Any adhesive residue on tights, socks or shoes can be removed with white spirit.
