Crown Berkey - 2 filter inserts

If you need to filter your water, use a Crown Berkey filter bottle. With its 22.7 litre capacity, it is designed for medium and larger groups. The filter bottle is not dependent on a connection to electricity or water supply, so you can use it even when travelling in the countryside. It can filter both treated and untreated water from uncontrolled sources such as ponds, streams or lakes. In addition to the Crown Berkey filter bottle, you will also find 2 filter inserts in the package. For faster filtering, you can buy 6 more filter cartridges and use 8 at a time.

Practical functionality of the Crown Berkey filter bottle

The bottle consists of two containers between which water is transferred by gravity. The bottom container of the Crown Berkey filter bottle is equipped with a dosing valve. The two filter cartridges included in the delivery will filter 22,700 litres of water and last you for several years. Compared to bottled water, this is a fraction of the cost. Thanks to the Crown Berkey filter bottle, your drinking water will be free of viruses, pathogenic bacteria, cyst, parasites, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, volatile organic compounds, organic solvents, radon 222 and trihalomethanes. Filtration can also eliminate rust, silt, lead, mercury and sediment. The filtered water is free of unpleasant taste and odour. On the contrary, water retains the beneficial minerals needed for the body.
