De Buyer Mould NON-STICK 4705.32

The round fluted de Buyer mould is, with its fixed bottom, ideal for cooking traditional cakes, pies or quiches. The form evenly distributes heat and resists high temperatures. Its non-stick surface guarantees easier mould release. Moreover, its teflon layer protects the steel from oxidation and facilitates cleaning. The mould should be used in traditional ovens (max. 220°C) as it is not suitable for microwave ovens. Handwashing is recommended. 

Tip: Grease the mould before first use. Do not use metal objects in the mould.
