Wireless connectivity to the laptop simplifies access to presentation facilities in the meeting rooms. For example, your notebook connects to the projector as well as to the sound system as soon as your turn comes in. Therefore, compatibility is a laptop with support for this technology or a Dell 1601 WiGig card.
