Fast pain relief
Dexoket® is a drug intended for the treatment of acute pain of mild to moderate intensity,such as muscle pain, joint pain, tooth pain, or menstrual pain. It contains dexketoprofen trometamol, a substance from the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), which has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic properties. This means that Dexoket® relieves pain, reduces inflammation and lowers fever.
About pain and inflammation
- Pain is a warning signal that something is wrong in the body. Pain can range from sharp and sudden to long-lasting and dull. The most common causes of pain are injuries, surgery, inflammation or other acute conditions such as musculoskeletal pain, toothache or menstrual pain.
- Inflammation is the body's natural response to tissue damage. It is manifested by pain, redness, swelling, hot sensation and restriction of movement. When inflammation occurs, substances are released that can themselves cause pain.
How does Dexoket® work?
Dexketoprofen trometamol inhibits the production of substances responsible for pain, inflammation and fever. After taking Dexoket®, inflammatory symptoms are reduced and pain is quickly relieved. The advantage of Dexoket® is its rapid onset of action, which can be expected within half an hour of administration.

Dosage and method of use
Always take this medicine exactly as directed in the package leaflet or by your doctor or pharmacist. The usual dose is 1 tablet or 1 sachet (25 mg) every 8 hours. The total daily dose should not exceed 3 tablets or sachets (75 mg/day). Do not take for more than 3-4 days without consulting a physician. Always take Dexoket® according to the information in the package leaflet or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. If you are unsure about the dosage, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Contraindications
Read the package insert carefully. This product should not be used by children and adolescents (under 18 years of age). Do not take Dexoket in the last three months of pregnancy and during breastfeeding. Taking Dexoket is not recommended if you are trying to get pregnant or if you are being investigated for infertility.
Ingredients
The active substance is dexketoprofen (25 mg), in the form of dexketoprofen-trometamol. Excipients are corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl starch, glycerol palmitostearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, propylene glycol, macrogol 6000.

Storage
Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the box and blister. The expiry date shall be the last day of the month indicated. Store at temperatures up to 30 °C. Do not dispose of any medicines in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of products you no longer use. These measures help protect the environment.
