Refresh rate in game mode

Game mode refresh rate refers to the TV's ability to achieve a higher refresh rate when an external graphics device, such as a game console or computer, is connected. Unlike the standard refresh rate, which is typically 60 Hz or 120 Hz for normal viewing, some modern TVs can achieve refresh rates of up to 144 Hz or higher in gaming mode. This higher frequency provides a smoother picture and faster response, which is essential for gamers who prefer dynamic games with fast-paced action. To enable the higher refresh rate, a connection via HDMI or DisplayPort is required to support the required bandwidth for gaming mode.
