Key features of Švejk's His Majesty's Crate
- Heffron 0.5L 38% – This 5yo Panama rum has a pleasantly smooth, slightly sweet yet distinct flavour with hints of vanilla and caramel, and a woody finish from long ageing in barrels. It has a very refined aroma, which is influenced, among other things, by the tropical climate of Panama.
- Apicor Kontušovka 0.5L 40% – Kontuszówka liqueurs were made famous by the good soldier Švejk. It is made from a unique blend of ten herbal essential oils according to an original recipe from the late 19th century.
- Apicor Čert 0.5L 25% – An old Bohemian traditional liqueur made from cherry juice, extra-fine alcohol, and rum essence with a pinch of chilli. The liqueur is pleasantly aromatic like a MON CHERI chocolate, with a subtly sharp finish.
- Svach Exclusive Jeřabinka 0.5L 20% – This rowanberry liqueur from the Svach Exclusive range is produced by cold maceration of rowanberries in wine distillate and extra-fine alcohol, along with a blend of spices, honey, ginger, and sugar. The resulting liqueur is very pleasant for savouring at home.
- Chicora Ořechovka 0.5L 30% – This walnut liqueur has a very balanced taste, neither bitter nor thickly sweet, but just right. It has a beautiful flavour of green walnuts, complemented by a hint of macerated herbs. The sweetness of the liqueur is bittersweet, but it contains almost no sugar, only chicory syrup.
- BOHEMICA Višňovka 0.7L 25% – Made from pure concentrated juice of sour cherries. These have a soft pulp and a strongly coloured, aromatic juice that flows out on its own after de-stemming. The aroma of the cherry liqueur is medium-intense, and the taste is beautifully juicy, full, and refreshing.
- Bairnsfather Vanilla liqueur 0.5L 19% – The only vanilla liqueur in Europe made exclusively from vanilla pods. For many people, this will be the first time they taste vanilla from pods. Unfortunately, vanilla is the second most expensive spice in the world, and the food industry uses an artificially or chemically created substance called vanillin because it is cheap. The recipe for this pure vanilla liqueur dates back to the 18th century, and it took another year to refine it to its current form while preserving the original production technology – a mortar and pestle.
