ECOCOSE Stabilized vitamin C

Classic vitamin C in the form of ascorbic acid is very unstable in cosmetic products and quickly loses its activity. Stabilized Vitamin C Ecocosa (Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate) is water soluble, cosmetic grade, 100% pure and with stable potency for use in all cosmetic products. Vitamin C has an alkaline pH and will raise the pH of the product. It is therefore important to monitor the pH of the finished product to ensure that it is in the optimum range of 6.5 - 7. Sodium ascorbyl phosphate is a naturally occurring substance in powder form, widely used in the cosmetic industry. Combining stabilized vitamin C with vitamin E in the formulas not only provides an interesting and synergistic antioxidant effect, but also improves the stability of vitamin C in the formulas.

Dosage:
In a concentration of 0.2 - 5%.
