Elisa has been produced according to an original family recipe since 1973. It is made from the finest Czech honeys using a cold process to preserve all the important substances found in bee honey. After fermentation, it matures in deep, air-conditioned cellars. Its base is honey and water treated with Bio Control System technology. A mixture of herbs and spices then gives the mead its unmistakable taste.
