This limited edition blueberry mead is a delicious combination of honey and sweet blueberry flavours. Each sip is like a walk through the forest, where the sweetness of honey meets the juiciness of blueberries.

Key features of Elisa Blueberry mead

• A traditional, honest mead from Nivnice, Elisa has been made to an original family recipe since 1973
• It is made from the finest Czech honeys using a cold process to preserve all the important substances of bee honey; after fermentation, it matures in deep, climate-controlled cellars
• Its base is honey and water treated with Bio Control System technology, while a blend of herbs and spices gives the mead its unmistakable taste
• Refreshing in summer and warming in winter, the mead can be enjoyed chilled or warmed
• In the summer months, it is wonderfully refreshing when served at a temperature of 12–16°C
• In winter, warm the mead in an uncovered pot to a maximum temperature of 50 to 60°C, ensuring it does not boil
• A slice of lemon can be added to both cold and warm mead
