ELIZ EHT 5.5

The ELÍZ EHT 5.5 flow heater is one of the pressure-operated heaters with hydraulic switching. It is designed for one point of use only. You will appreciate its versatility. It can be installed above or below the sink or kitchen sink. It is adapted for 360° installation. Its outlets can be rotated both horizontally and vertically. Although it is a pressure heater, it is not important whether you mount it on a pressure or non-pressure tap. The heater is supplied with an economical perlator insert with a flow rate of 3 litres per minute. The power cable reaches a length of 0.8 metres.

Wiring the ELÍZ EHT 5.5 flow heater

The ELÍZ EHT 5.5 instantaneous heater can be connected above or below the sink or kitchen sink to a conventional tap. When connected above the sink, you can fit it directly onto any sink mixer with 30 mm spacing. The ELÍZ EHT 5.5 is not suitable for connection to a shower. It is suitable for wall mounting. Its weight is 1.5 kg. You can rely on the safety of operation thanks to the thermal overheating protection with reset function and the IP25 protection rating. The heater can withstand pressures up to 1.0 MPa.

Minimum heat loss

If you install the ELÍZ EHT 5.5 directly at the point of use, the piping will be very short, thus completely eliminating heat loss. The water is heated only when the water is flowing through the heater, so the power is only drawn during the water start-up. The ELÍZ EHT 5.5 instantaneous heater is equipped with an indicator light that always lets you know if the heater is in operation.
