ELO Relief Solution Pan, 24cm Diameter

The ELO Relief Solution 24cm steel frying pan has a diameter of 24cm and is compatible with all hob types. Its special ELODUR® Professional non-stick surface with a relief structure lets you cook with a minimum of fat and is also highly scratch-resistant. Thanks to its all-steel construction, you can also use it for baking, where it can withstand temperatures of up to 240°C. The sandwich base with an aluminium core ensures fast and even heat distribution. For easy maintenance, the pan is dishwasher safe.

Durable surface and even heating

At its heart is a sandwich base which conceals an aluminium core. This layer provides efficient and even heat distribution from the centre to the edges, which is key to cooking without any burnt spots. The internal steel surface is complemented by a PFAS-free ELODUR® Professional non-stick layer. Its relief structure increases resistance to mechanical damage and enables healthier frying with just a small amount of fat.
