The marinating function speeds up the preparation of meat for grilling and other cooking. Repeatedly extracting and releasing air helps the marinade penetrate deeper into the structure of the ingredient, so you achieve a more intense flavour in just a few minutes. This programme is designed for use with the ETA476292000 vacuum box, which is not included in the package.

The ETA Aspira Pro vacuum sealer includes an integrated foil roll holder with a knife, which lets you prepare bags to the exact size you need without searching for scissors. The holder can store a foil roll with a maximum width of 30cm.
